Summer Intensive

ELAP – embodied life art program

Fascia & the Environment

21-25 August Wageningen, The Netherlands

The Summer Intensive is an opportunity to get to know ELAP as well as to develop further in the practice.

The Summer Intensive is open for people interested in this line of work: movers, dancers, musicians, performers.

3 days study and practice in the Studio

The day starts with Yin Yoga, a deep practice to address the fascia and connective tissue and its impact on our Mind.

To continue with Embodiment, Creative process and Improvisation.

The somatic practice includes guided hands-on, kinaesthetic reading, movement exploration to dive into the Fascia system and its expression in movement to tap into the imagination and develop into performance practice.

2 days in Nature Silent Serpent Walk

We will be walking along the close-by River Rhine, weaving in the landscape …as a way to experience the continuity of our Fascia in the environment. This simple and powerful form provides a strong frame to embed our fascia-embodiment and to expand further our experience and understanding of the unified field of space that it implies.
